Its unique properties allows thin toppings from 12mm thick, polished down to 10mm thin.with out curling shrinking and cracking on large areas. Perazzo has the ability to be as a, functioning inorganic oxidizer of micrometal elements contained in cementitious materials to provide extension of the cement gel surface by decay hydration of the cement grain from 100 μm to 10μm. Uniquely less processes are needed to provide a luxurious polished Perazzo floor. Grouting is rarely needed in the polishing steps and mechanical polishing can be started the day after placement subject to scratch tests. It performs as a gel crystalline concrete waterproofer, non - shrinking agent; increases density and strength.
