Peraxskim coat system is a modified cement based render designed to provide weather resistant, decorative, render skim finishes, suitable for application over most building material substrates in interior and exterior wall applications. Peraxskim when used in conjunction with Peraguard, is an ionic level modified cement based render suitable for application as a finishing render over most substrates including previously rendered surfaces, clay and cement bricks/blocks, pre cast or site poured concrete, celcon bricks, aerated concrete blocks/panels, expanded polystyrene and styrofoam surfaces (approved alkali resistant fibre glass mesh must be used when applied to polystyrene and styrofoam surfaces). Peraxskim coat is designed for use as a finishing coat render, applied in one layer ranging from 1.5mm to 2mm.
