Usage Instructions: PERAMIX SC-50 is applied at a volumetric ratio of 2 kg/m³ of concrete mix or a weight ratio of 0.75 kg per 100 kg of cement. Comprehensive technical data, including batch installation, water to cement ratio, slump, and more, are provided in the Technical Data Sheet (TDS). The product is non-hazardous, non-flammable, and non-explosive, ensuring safe application, transportation, and storage.

No CO2

No CO2 is emitted instead Acetylene gas is released and forms only a small bubbles that evaporates quickly. Leaving fewer bug holes and fewer gaps So the resulting concrete contains 97% micro pores vs 3%(the larger pores left in regular concrete called macro pores made by escaping CO2 bubbles.) So the gel paste is much denser, a more reduced and uniformed pore matrix is developed. As opposed to regular concretes 70% macro and 30% micro pores.

No Bleeding

Complete hydration of the cement grain by chemical decay agitation is achieved with PERAMIX SC-50 and water in the first 20 minutes of batching, by reducing the diameter of the cement grain from 90 um to 45 um in this time with the Higher yield of cement gel as a result. Giving it the creamy effect.The result is no bleeding or water being released, as all the free water has been used up during speeded hydration. What would usually take decades for regular concrete to achieve is completed in the first 4-6hrs after placing. During the accelerated hydration with Super Crete-50 admixture a reduction of pores size by 45 um in the first 20 minutes of batching. Regular concrete only reduces the cement grain during hydration by 8um during the first year.

Revolutionizing Concrete Density and Impermeability with Hydraulic Lock Technology

The resulting concrete is self-curing with better compaction and uniform curing throughout the slab's thickness. It appears darker and stiffer with improved workability at a lower slump, equivalent to regular concrete with a 110 mm slump. This denser concrete is impermeable to liquids, as PERAMIX SC-50 increases the volume of gel bodies in the concrete structure through oxidation and other electrochemical reactions. The chemical reaction produces acetylene gas instead of CO2, reducing pore diameter and preventing moisture passage while allowing the concrete to breathe. This prevents osmotic pressure buildup, which can damage below-grade concrete structures. PERAMIX SC-50 breaks down cement grains from 90 μ to 15 μ in 4 to 6 hours, creating a uniform, rock-like gel that makes the concrete completely impermeable to liquids. This homogeneous porous system prevents liquid migration and diffusion, achieving a HYDRAULIC LOCK similar to the impermeability of natural rock.

Unification of the concrete matrix provided by PERAMIX SC-50, an admixture to concrete mixes. Its main function is to break down cement grains by decay-hydration from 90 μ to 15 μ in just 4 to 6 hours. An adequately developed volume of the natural cementitious gel gives concrete rheology a rock-like uniformity and complete liquid impermeability. Hence, the massive cementitious development happening simultaneously with natural evaporation creates a homogeneously distributed porous system. This system of equally developed diameters is a hydraulic system with no significant inter-porous hydraulic pressures. It means there is no enforced liquid migration or even diffusion. This system is defined as a HYDRAULIC LOCK. It is the basic phenomenon behind natural rock impermeability, where superficial sorption of liquids creates a natural barrier to any further moisture penetration.

Saving time and money. Non shrink, non bleed

Super Crete-50 concrete only needs OPC and water for full chemical reaction and self curing. Simply add 2kg of PERAMIX SC-50 per cubic meter of concrete any grade. eg: Here 10 kg PERAMIX SC-50 is added to 5 CBM3 in drum mixer, of G35. Let it mix for 10 minutes = Non shrink, denser, more durable concrete. This standard K300 concrete mix design from batch plant has retarder and some PCE plasticiser included already is okay.Does not affect the performance of PERAMIX SC-50.
